Abstract:  The current situation of the three kinds of satellite hybrid networks of No.2 Beidou regional satellite navigation system is discussed in this paper. Through the expansion design of the style and number of different satellites,the important service performance of the selected important area and enlarged area such as Geometric Dilution Of Precision(GDOP) and N Asset Coverage is simulated using the STK software. The acquired analysis results show IGSO satellite has better conditions for enhancing system to improve regional service performance. According to the distribution characteristics of the key city along “The Belt and Road” in African countries, further optimization and improvement about the number and location in orbit of constellation expansion is executed and provide reference for constellation expansion to realize the maximum of service performance under limited conditions.
