Overview of security threats and defense strategies for satellite navigation systems

  • 摘要: 目前,GNSS广泛应用于国民经济和国防各领域中,已成为影响国家经济和安全的重要空间基础设施,但由于GNSS自身的脆弱性和外界人为和自然环境的复杂性,导致其容易受到电磁干扰、网络攻击、物理毁伤等威胁,严重影响GNSS高精度定位、导航与授时服务体系的安全应用. 本文针对GNSS空间段、地面段和用户段三个组成部分,分别研究了其面临的安全威胁,并提出相应的防御措施,为卫星导航系统安全应用提供有力支撑.

     

    Abstract: At present, the GNSS is widely used in various fields of the national economy and national defense, and has become an important space infrastructure affecting national economy and security. However, due to the vulnerability of GNSS itself and the complexity of the external human-made and natural environmental factors, it is easily threatened by electromagnetic interference, network attacks, physical damage, etc., severely affecting the secure application of GNSS high-precision positioning, navigation, and timing services. This article studies the security threats faced by the space segment, ground segment, and user segment of GNSS respectively, and proposes corresponding defense measures to provide strong support for the secure application of satellite navigation systems.
