Explore BeiDou Satellite Navigation System in the Application of Artificial Reefs

  •  Due to overfishing and environmental pollution, global fishery resources have been decreasing continually, large amount of natural fishing ground have been damaged heavily. At present, the method of ocean pasture construction which takes advantage of artificial reef to repair natural fishing ground have been developed rapidly in coastal countries and regions and acquired better effect. Briefly introduces the basic composition of Beidou satellite navigation system and its characteristics. The paper was discussed from the satellite positioning and data realtime transmission in the artificial reef, fish reef monitoring and fish reef set effect detection applications, summarizes the value and prospects of development of the Beidou system in the field.
